Tomato-Citrus Rasam Sipping Soup

A flavor packed tangy, umami rasam-inspired sipping soup that’s perfect for the colder months!
✦ Ingredients
- 1 tomato
- 1 clementine (rind peeled, deseeded)
- ½ tbsp white miso
- 2 tsp Tangy Rasam (add more if you want it to be more peppery)
- A small piece of ginger (~1 tsp, roughly diced)
✦ Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender, blend with 0.5 cup of water
- Add all blended ingredients to a small pot, along with 2 more cups of water
- Bring to a rolling boil so flavors can meld together
- Turn off heat, serve into mugs and enjoy!
