Tomato-Citrus Rasam Sipping Soup

A flavor packed tangy, umami rasam-inspired sipping soup that’s perfect for the colder months!


✦ Ingredients

  • ✦ 1 tomato
  • ✦ 1 clementine (rind peeled, deseeded)
  • ✦ ½ tbsp white miso
  • ✦ 2 tsp Tangy Rasam (add more if you want it to be more peppery)
  • ✦ A small piece of ginger (~1 tsp, roughly diced)

✦ Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender, blend with 0.5 cup of water
  2. Add all blended ingredients to a small pot, along with 2 more cups of water
  3. Bring to a rolling boil so flavors can meld together
  4. Turn off heat, serve into mugs and enjoy!
