The "Beyonce" of sea salts is infused with crisp, air-fried South Indian Curd Chilies to create the perfectly flaky, tangy, cheesy finishing salt.

Curd Chilies are an artisanal South Indian pantry gem - painstakingly cured in spiced yogurt, sun-dried and soaked repeatedly, for a few times, until the chilies are saturated to their umami goodness!

These crisp chilies, sourced from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, were then air-fried in non-GMO avocado oil and blended with fleur de sel in small batches in Atlanta, Georgia!

The fleur de sel was sourced from Salies de Bearn, France. It is known for it's purity and high mineral content, earning it a geotag called EU PGI (European Union Protected Geographical Indication), meaning it meets strict rules of production and is a true reflection of the therapeutic salty spring waters that flow through this picturesque town. 

What makes this fleur de sel so special:

  • Forms under rare conditions - Needs just the right temperature, humidity, and wind.
  • Skimmed by hand -  Delicate crystals must be harvested before they sink.
  • Slow to form - Appears as a thin, fleeting layer, unlike bulk salt.
  • Air-dried naturally - No machines, just time and patience.

(fun fact: this specific salt is the one used to make the famous Bayonne Ham!)
